Return Eligibility
Products may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Returned merchandise must:

Be unused and in its original condition.

Include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.

Show no signs of misuse, alteration, or accidental damage.

We cannot accept returns for products specifically customized for the customer unless they arrive defective.

Inspection & Refunds
Every returned package is inspected upon arrival.

If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may apply.

Unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective item, original shipping charges are not refundable.

Wrong, Missing or Damaged Products
If you receive:

the wrong item,

a damaged product,

or an incomplete order,

please notify us within 7 days after delivery.

Photographs of the product and packaging will help us resolve the issue quickly.

Exchange Policy
Instead of direct exchanges, customers may return eligible items and place a new order.
